Terms
All Lines and chair covers must be in the same quantity and condition that you receive them:(no tears, rips, holes, food stains or Wax stains).
Full replacement cost will apply to any item that is rendered, unusable or missing. Loss or damage replacement cost on chair covers ,sash, table
linens is five times the rental price. Price may be subject to change. You will personally inspect the rental items after use.
If any item missing ,damage or unusable you are responsible to notify "Royal Chair Covers" .

Replacement Costs: Table Cloths $60.00 ea., Overlays $55.00 ea., Chair Covers $20.00 ea., Sashes $5.00 ea., Napkins $3.00 ea.

Requirements of Contract and Payment Policy:

A $100.00 deposit is required to initiate your order � deposits are non refundable . This deposit will apply toward the remainingbalance.
Please make checks payable to "Royal Chair Covers". Reserved linens may be adjusted up /down 10% up to three weeks before your event .
You have three weeks prior to your function date to change your order amount. (Any revisions or color changes must be made at least 1 month
before the event date). Your final payment is based on the final amount given three weeks prior to the event. All payments must be paid in full
before set up of the order. Royal Chair Covers can refuse set up of items if payment in full is not received in which this contract becomes null and
void.

Forms of Payment:

Personal checks must be received at least three weeks prior to event date. After that a money order, certified check, cashiers check or cash will be
accepted.
Credit Card payments are also accepted at any time with a 4.0% convenience charge added to the credit card transaction
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express,). You may also make payments to decrease the balance due. If you overpays on the rental charges, a refund
check will be made out to the name on the contract and mailed out within 2 weeks following the event. In the event checks do not clear, you will
be responsible for $36.00 returned check fee. If for any reason Royal Chair Covers is obligated to contact a collection agency, small claims court
or hire an attorney, you will be responsible for fees to cover these costs.

Event Cancellation:

Orders canceled within 30 days of the event are charged 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 10 day of the event are non refundable.
The entire order must be paid in order to avoid collection fees. This covers the cost Royal Chair Covers incurs for turning away potential
customers in order to secure the rental items for your event.

Delivery and Set-up:

Chair cover pricing includes the sash, set up, take down, tax and delivery (local area only � 30 mile range). Orders under $200.00 will be charged
a $35.00 delivery and $35.00 pick up charge. Table linens, overlays, table runners, napkins, sashes, do not include delivery, set up and pick up
unless chair covers are included in the order. You have option to pick up and drop off order within 3 days of the event. All items must be returned
with 3 days after the function. You agree to be charged an additional late return fee of 10% per day for each day the items are not returned.
Client is responsible for making sure the facility allows outside chair cover company's !!!
